Dvr can you watch while recording

Cannot rewind to the beginning while show is still recording. Not on my Tablet, Computer or Android Phone. For me, it appears to be strictly a deficiency with my Roku devices.

I'm not going to switch services, but unless "Customer Service" finds its way into Hulu's lexicon, I will absolutely cancel without a second thought. I have had same issues, for about 2 weeks, also with my Roku sticks. I called Hulu customer service, and the rep acted like this was something new. They gave me no helpful tips, besides the basics unplug Roku, remove Hulu app and reinstall.
